Join three lovely Lawrence ladies in their third year of broadcasting here at WLFM (formerly known as Ladies’ Hour, Gravemates) as they embark on a new radio journey.  Corinne Kocher, Rachel Calvert, and Steph Courtney (RPM MD) will lead you on this journey, a journey with an emphasis on bodacious ladies in all worlds of music today. Tune in for a great variety of quality jams and an unmatched-on-radio passion for all things good, from Bjork to Beastie Boys to Beyonce and beyond.

Specht Parade (9-10 pm)

Behind the golden microphones of WLFM, host/producer Kevin Specht creates an aura filled with lies, stories, and exaggerations. Described as “mentally debilitating”, this improvisation-based talk show has some weekly segments including “Movies we Haven’t Seen” and “Themed Prison Suites”. These shows are Fridays at 9PM and include an all-star cast of amateurs of the Lawrence student body and beyond. Imagine your brain in a hamster wheel, and you’ll get pretty close. So, sit back, open up a can of whoop-ass, and enjoy the Rulpiest Show on Earth.
